POLICY

  1. General

 

Go Learn Pods is committed to providing exceptional academic services. 

There are new guidelines regarding the cancellation policy so that you understand GLP guidelines.

2.     Payment

 

Registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made online or in person no later than the start of 1st pod session.

An online communication email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment.  The email serves as confirmation of your registration.

 

 

3.      Cancellation Request

 

Cancellation Guidelines 

 

Refund requests made between the 1st - 3rd pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 25% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.

 

Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod after the 3rd pod session is subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.

 

NO REFUNDS or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 4th pod session.

 

Absence Policy

 

Please be advised that any student(s) that are unable to attend for any reason including quarantine due to Covid-19 may join class sessions via zoom. No refunds or credit adjustments will be made.

 

CREDIT EXCEPTION: You will receive a credit for a class session in the event that the pod teacher is unable to conduct class.
